How to Pay for Your Course
Once you've completed your enrollment form and received a confirmation message, the next step is to settle your payment.

If you haven’t enrolled yet, click the Enroll button on the Home Page. You’ll be directed to the Enrollment Page, where you can choose between Young Learners (for children ages 6 to 12) and Career Courses (for teens and adults). From there, select your preferred class and complete the form. A confirmation with the next steps will be sent via email and SMS.

1. Send your payment through our official bank accounts:

2. Take a screenshot or photo of your payment
Make sure the image clearly shows:
Date and time of the transaction
Amount paid
Reference or transaction number
Name of the sender or account holder
3. Send your proof of payment
Email the screenshot/photo to enrollments@orioncloudacademy.com.
Include the following in your message:
Your full name and your child’s name (if enrolling a child)
The class or course name
The payment screenshot with all required details
4. Wait for confirmation
Once we verify your payment, we’ll send a final confirmation via email and SMS.
This will include:
Your official enrollment confirmation
The Google Meet link for your live sessions
Your Google Classroom invite, where you’ll find class materials, assignments, and announcements
Your class schedule or start date
